MusicDNA - A New Music File Format Launched
There is a new addition to the list of modern gadgets which makes carrying and storing information all the more user friendly. A new music file format is being launched which will allow users to store content about songs, lyrics and any other form of music.
This new file format is named MusicDNA and has been developed by a Norwegian developer who already has the reputation of closely backing the German researcher who had created the mp3player. Coming from a developer with this reputation MusicDNA already has the power to generate a certain amount of goodwill.
Talking about this file format, Dagfinn Bach, the creator of the file, mentioned another special feature of the file which is all the more exciting. The content of the file can be updated anytime. Thus music lovers can now have a new music file format which can carry 32GB information and can also be updated whenever the user is connected to the internet. Latest information about the song and interviews and comments of singers can all be stored and added whenever available.
MusicDNA will appear in the market this spring, but will become more easily available only in summer. Apple’s iTunes LP with similar features is already in the market. No major music label has backed the iTunes LP and going by this trend it will be some time till MusicDNA catches the fancy of the music lovers.
