Audit Reveals True State of Affairs at Tiscali
Tiscali broadband customers are in for a shock, as an assessment carried out by independent auditors Ernst and Young has revealed that the future of the company is uncertain, and its survival is at risk. If Tiscali wishes to continue functioning at its current level, they said, it would be required of the service provider to discuss its considerable debts with the creditors.
This translates into customers having to face the fact that inability on Tiscali’s part to settle its debts could result in their broadband services being terminated. In an attempt to prove that it is concerned about the current state of affairs, Tiscali has made it known that it will bring up plans to reduce debts in a shareholders meeting in May.
